The University of Law Real Estate Advice Line is a new bespoke clinic offering clients advice on matters relating to Residential and Commercial Property Law.

We offer fortnightly advice sessions on matters relating to Easements, Covenants, Leases, Rent charges, Conveyancing, lease extensions, Boundary and Party wall disputes etc.

We offer 30 minute, one off advice sessions.

We are keen for volunteer lawyers to join and participate in the scheme to better serve the public.
