Mary Dobson Smith is a freelance consultant who leads the overall direction of the NPBC with the Board of Trustees.
Emily Sherratt Project Director
Emily Sherratt works full time as the NPBC Project Director, co-ordinating and growing a range of different initiatives.
Dr Bea Rossetto Head of Communications and Community Development
Bea Rossetto is a charity communications specialist leading the NPBC’s external communications strategy and fostering collaboration in the pro bono sector.
Tom Mansfield Operations Manager
Tom is the Operations Manager for the National Pro Bono Centre, helping to manage the charity’s finances, management and systems. He also acts as Support Coordinator for the West of England Pro Bono Committee.
Wendy Horrobin Events Officer
Wendy is a charity and third sector event project manager supporting with NPBC events.
Lisa Naylor Story Writer and In House Pro Bono Group Coordinator
Lisa Naylor is a former in-house lawyer who moved into legal journalism. She works as a freelance story writer for the NPBC and is the In House Pro Bono Group coordinator.

Susan is a highly experienced administrator who supports NPBC governance and finances as well as CLF events and committees.
