Administrative and reception volunteers assist our staff in providing a friendly and efficient service to clients, callers and visitors. Typical tasks involve managing incoming phone calls, taking accurate phone messages, booking appointments and signposting and referring clients to other agencies. You may also be asked to assist other law centre staff with administrative tasks.
This role is suitable for people who wish to gain experience in a legal or office environment, preferably with previous customer care experience, or for people who already possess experience in a legal or office environment.Download Attachment
